COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: In a deep pan or pot, bring water plus salt to a rolling boil. 1 tablespoon of salt is recommended per 1 package of Chef’s Kiss Pasta, or a little less than a teaspoon of salt per cup of pasta.

Step 2: Stir in Chef’s Kiss pasta (keep an eye out as there will be foam).

Step 3: Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 4-6 minutes. Stir the pasta occasionally to prevent the foam from accumulating.

(4 minutes of cooking time will give you an al dente pasta and 6 minutes will give you softer pasta. To prevent the pasta from breaking apart, avoid cooking it for more than 8 minutes.)

Step 4: Remove from heat, strain, & serve with your favorite sauce. Pro tip: save a cup of the pasta cooking water and add it to your sauce. This helps bind the sauce to the noodles!

(If you plan to bake the pasta or continue to cook the pasta with its sauce, we recommend cooking it al dente and rinsing it with cold water so that it stops cooking.)

Step 5: Lastly and most importantly, don’t forget to seal the meal with a Chef’s Kiss!

You’ve never had pasta like this.

HOW’D WE DO IT?

It’s not magic, it’s LUPIN!

Meet the secret behind Chef’s Kiss pasta

Lupin is a nutrient-dense legume related to chickpeas and lentils.  Our lupin beans undergo a proprietary and natural debittering process, leaving a more neutral, almost sweet, taste when compared to other lupin products. Through an exclusive partnership, we source our lupin directly from the Australian farmers who harvest our secret ingredient. This ensures that we’re providing our customers with the highest quality, best tasting, most nutritious lupin on the planet!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between your Low Carb and Protein pastas?

Simply, our Protein Rotini was crafted for those seeking protein rich, nutrient dense pasta but who aren’t following a strict low carb or keto diet.  Compared to our low carb rotini, the protein rotini more closely resembles traditional pasta since it contains more nutrient dense complex carbs.

If you’re following a strict low carb, keto, or low glycemic diet, then our low carb rotini is probably a better option for you.  While you should always check with your doctor first, our low carb rotini is also better suited for diabetics.

Why is this more expensive than traditional pasta?

Chef’s Kiss is so much more than just pasta-  it’s a nutrient dense meal for less than $3 per serving.  Each serving is packed with protein, gut friendly prebiotic fiber, amino acids, essential vitamins and minerals, and so much more!  Our protein rotini is highly satiating too and a single box can feed a family of 4.  We don’t cut any corners when it comes to producing our products. We source premium lupins directly from farms in Australia and Peru and don’t use any filler flours or processed starches like other lupin pasta companies.

So while you pay more for our pasta compared to others, you’re also getting more protein, fiber and essential nutrients in your meals :)

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Absolutely!  Within 30 days of purchase, you can return your pasta order for any reason and for a full refund.  No questions asked!

Is this certified gluten free?

While all of our ingredients are certified gluten free, our rotini is manufactured in a facility that also handles wheat.  Our equipment and facility go through a rigorous cleaning session prior to each production run but our facility is not yet

certified gluten free. We hope to become certified gluten free very soon though!

Are Lupins an allergen?

The FDA does not require Lupins to be listed as a top 8 allergen. However, Lupins are a legume related to peanuts. People with peanut allergies are at a higher risk of allergic reactions to Lupin. Although not everyone with a peanut allergy will react to Lupins, studies show that cross-reactivity can occur.
