Try our Classic Protein Pasta line instead.
It’s still lower in carbs than traditional and gluten-free pastas—but it includes just enough complex carbs to deliver a more authentic pasta taste and texture. HOW’D WE DO IT?
It’s not magic, it’s LUPIN!

Meet the secret behind Chef’s Kiss pasta
Lupin is a nutrient-dense legume related to chickpeas and lentils. Our lupin beans undergo a proprietary and natural debittering process, leaving a more neutral, almost sweet, taste when compared to other lupin products. Through an exclusive partnership, we source our lupin directly from the Australian farmers who harvest our secret ingredient. This ensures that we’re providing our customers with the highest quality, best tasting, most nutritious lupin on the planet!
Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between your Low Carb and Classic Protein Pasta Lines?
What’s the difference between your Low Carb and Classic Protein Pasta Lines?
In short:
- Low Carb Line: Ideal for strict low-carb diets.
- Classic Protein Line: Best for everyone else.
Our Low Carb pasta products are specifically crafted for customers following strict low-carb, keto, or diabetic-friendly diets.
If you’re not on such a diet, we recommend our Classic Protein line, which is still lower in carbs than traditional and gluten free pastas. Most customers prefer its taste and texture, which are closer to traditional pasta.
Both product lines are made from premium lupins, are gluten-free, high in protein and fiber, low glycemic, and plant-based. The key difference is that the Classic Protein line includes organic cassava flour, adding some complex carbs.

Why is this more expensive than traditional pasta?
Why is this more expensive than traditional pasta?
Chef’s Kiss is so much more than just pasta- it’s a nutrient dense meal for less than $3 per serving. Each serving is packed with protein, gut friendly prebiotic fiber, amino acids, essential vitamins and minerals, and so much more! Our protein rotini is highly satiating too and a single box can feed a family of 4. We don’t cut any corners when it comes to producing our products. We source premium lupins directly from farms in Australia and Peru and don’t use any filler flours or processed starches like other lupin pasta companies.
So while you pay more for our pasta compared to others, you’re also getting more protein, fiber and essential nutrients in your meals :)

Are Lupins an allergen?
Are Lupins an allergen?
The FDA does not require Lupins to be listed as a top 8 allergen. However, Lupins are a legume related to peanuts. People with peanut allergies are at a higher risk of allergic reactions to Lupin. Although not everyone with a peanut allergy will react to Lupins, studies show that cross-reactivity can occur.
